Bath Salt Instruction
Here at Mentifil Crystals we have many different types of bath salts that fall under two main categories. Spiritual Baths and Physical/Mental Wellness Baths.
Many of our spiritual bath salts will have instructions written on the label as many of them can be used differently than just regular bath salts that you soak in
For our other bath salts that may have not come with instructions - below is our recommendation on how to use them. This mainly applies to our Physical/Mental Wellness Baths.
Fill your bath with warm water before adding bath salts.
You are welcome to add as much bath salts as you’d like but we recommend about 1/4 of a cup OR one test tube full if you have purchased one of our test tube bath salts.
For our Body Repair salts - all the salts, minerals, herbs and essential oils within our Body Repair baths have been selected for all the benefits they give to our body.
Helping relax and ease muscle pain,
balance and wash away impurities from skin,
calms, softens and moisturizes the skin,
contains soothing respiratory properties,
anti-inflammatory properties making it helpful for irritated skin conditions
…and much more
Many of our other Physical/Mental Wellness salts offer the same properties as our Body Repair with some difference in herbs and essential oils that are meant to help calm the minds, wash away emotional traumas so you can feel mentally rested and safe to end the day, clear the mind and some of our baths also help clear the sinuses ;)
After you’ve added your bath salts to the warm water, soak in the water and feel your aches, pain, worries, and negativity from the day wash off of you. Relax and Enjoy your bath allowing your body to soak up the minerals and take in the full effect of the salts and herbs.
When you’re ready, finish your bath and make sure to clean your bath tub after.
(I’m a single mama - I absolutely do not judge you if you look at your tub and think “i’ll clean that tomorrow”. Just make sure you clean it prior to your next bath)
